JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A man is recovering after being shot Saturday morning off of Moncrief Road.
The suspect, a man in his 30s, is recovering in the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries to this arm, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.
Investigators said the suspect shot at a person and missed, they returned fire and and shot the suspect, based on surveillance footage. The victim, who fled the scene, has not been identified nor have they attempted to contact law enforcement.
The investigation is ongoing.
