JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A man is expected to be OK following a shooting in the Brentwood area Thursday afternoon, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.
At approximately 12:30 p.m, officers were dispatched to the area OF Evergreen and 30th Street in reference to a shooting.
Upon arrival, officers located a male in his 30s with a single gunshot wound.
The victim was transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Two subjects are being detained, and multiple witnesses are being interviewed by detectives.
It appears the people involved are known to each other and the incident started over a disagreement.
