JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A man is recovering after he was shot on North Main Street Saturday night.
At approximately 11:36 p.m., officers responded to the 3000 block of North Main Street in reference to a man shot. The man was taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
JSO said the victim was in an alley when he was shot once in the chest; He ran to a nearby business and requested help.
Police said detectives responded to the scene, canvassed the area for video surveillance, and spoke with a witness.
