JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is searching for a suspect after the agency said a man was shot in the leg in Mandarin.
Officers responded to a person shot in the 12000 block of San Jose Boulevard around 10:30 a.m. A suspect was detained at the scene, police said.
Officers found black male with a gunshot wound to his leg. He was taken to a local hospital and is listed in non-life-threatening condition.
The initial investigation has revealed the victim and suspect got into a dispute which led to the shooting, police said.
