JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A man was shot in Southwest Jacksonville early Sunday morning and officers are looking for two persons of interest, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.
At approximately 3 a.m., officers were dispatched to the 4700 block of Playschool Drive regarding a person shot. They found a man in his late 30s suffering from a gunshot wound in the torso. The victim was taken to a local hospital and had critical injuries.
Two people approached and shot at the man, police said. They are working to determine the relationship between the the victim and his attackers.
