JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office has located an escaped inmate Monday afternoon.
Police say Tracey Broughman, 46 was on work release but failed to report back to jail back on July 28, she was incarcerated in March 2017 for bank fraud, organized fraud, possession of stolen credit cards and theft.
Broughman's cut ankle monitor was found in a dumpster at the corner of Union St. and Market St. at approximately 12:45 a.m. on Saturday, July 29.
