JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office has arrested two men they say murdered a 22-year-old man during a drug deal on the Westside.
JSO responded to the Morningside Apartments at 2401 Jammes Rd. Sept. 5 after reports of gunshots. Police discovered Jacolby Cummings, 22, was shot and killed while engaging in a drug deal in front of his apartment.
JSO says an "extensive investigation" by their homicide unit resulted in the arrests of Taurez Fulton, 22, and Cason Barton, 24. Both were arrested for murder.
