JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is searching for a man they believe was using someone else's credit card in the 8600 block of Normandy Boulevard.
JSO says he was using the credit card fraudulently. The man is accused of spending more than $400 illegally.
