JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is looking for 19-year-old Helen M. Robinson.
Police say Robinson was reported missing on Thursday, September 2. Police say she was last seen sometime during the week of August 15, 2016 by family members.
Investigative leads that have been developed by the JSO Homicide Unit give concern that there is a possibility of foul play and that the victim may be endangered.
Police are attempting to locate the victim’s ex-boyfriend, 23-year-old Zachariah Williams in the hopes that he will have information that may assist in this investigation.
