ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. — UPDATE- The St. Johns County Sheriff's Office said 8:52 a.m. Sunday that the child had been located and found safe. Adam is in custody.
FDLE has issued an Amber Alert for a 6-month-old they say was kidnapped out of St. Johns County.
Zaina Ward was last seen near 5000 State Road 13 North in Western St. Johns County, the agency said. FDLE said the child may be with 22-year-old St. Augustine man Mohammed Adam in a 2002 silver Chevy Cavalier sedan. Its tag number is RXCR47.
FDLE said they could be in Jacksonville. Ward was last seen wearing a white onesie with pink flowers and green stems, police said. Adam is listed as five-foot-eight inches in height and 150 pounds.
Authorities advise if they are seen, do not approach and call law enforcement at 904-824-8304 or 911.
