WINTER PARK, Fla. — The Florida woman accused of leaving her boyfriend zipped in a suitcase to die has gotten into advertising.

Sarah Boone, 46, of Winter Park, is set to go to trial in October for second-degree murder, after her boyfriend suffocated inside a suitcase in 2020. The Orange County Sheriff's Office said Boone's boyfriend, Jorge Torres Jr., put himself in the suitcase during a game of hide-and-seek, but once he was zipped inside, Boone would not let him out.

Police say Boone filmed herself mocking Torres Jr. while he begged to be let out, then went to bed and left him inside. She found him dead in the suitcase the next morning.

Now, she needs a new attorney.

Boone brought a 58-page letter to court in June, complaining about her attorney, WESH reports. That's her seventh attorney. The drama surrounding her representation is part of why it has taken so long for her to go to trial.

Boone has now created a handmade flier to help her search for a new lawyer, brandished "INMATE SEEKS ATTORNEY." The advertisement speaks to potential prospects. "Looking for a prosperous challenge? Ready for your close-up on nat'l television? Are you zealous with a side of keen? Show the WORLD who you are with your original creativity, extraordinary expertise and confident ingenuity."

The flier then lists many attributes Boone seeks in an attorney. The bottom of the flyer reads: "EPIC OPPORTUNITY AWAITS," then below, "INVEST IN THE OPPRESSED. BELIEVE."

Boone is expected to got to trial Oct. 7, pending any delays.
