JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — UPDATE: The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office said 69-year-old Richard Buckson was found safe Saturday night.
The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office has reported a 69-year-old man with dementia missing.
Richard Buckson was last seen on Dix Ellis Trail, near Baymeadows and I-95, at 1 p.m. Friday. He was on foot at the time.
He is a white man, 5-foot-9-inches, 135 pounds, with brown eyes, grey hair and a grey beard with "Buck" tattooed on his neck. He is also missing two fingers on his left hand.
He was wearing a white shirt with blue sleeves and blue jeans.
He has been diagnosed with dementia, police said.
