3rd arrest made in Jacksonville gang-related hit scheme that killed Uber driver and passenger

Police say 18-year-old Antonio Tillie Jr. had a $20,000 bounty on his head, and Bryant Grund was killed in the crossfire. A third arrest has been made in the case.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A third suspect has been arrested in the October 2023 shooting that killed 18-year-old Antonio Tillie Jr. due to "rap beef" that turned deadly, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office. The shooting also killed 31-year-old Bryant Grund, who was driving for Uber and was dropping Tillie off at the scene of the crime.

Tillie had a $20,000 bounty on his head, which was set to be split between two shooters. The first shooter, Ju'Quan Mills, has pleaded guilty to both murders. The second shooter has not been arrested, though JSO knows their identity. Diamond Harris, Mills' girlfriend who helped lure Tillie to the scene, also pleaded guilty to her role in both murders.

Most recently arrested is Jimmy Robinson, 23, who police say was the get away driver and provided one of the rifles used to kill Tillie and Grund. While he is not accused of shooting the victims, Robinson is charged with two counts of second-degree murder.

In Robinson's arrest report, the arresting officer writes that Ju'Quan Mills informed police of Robinson's role in the crime. He explained "Jimmy Robinson was present during the homicide. Jimmy Robinson provided one of the rifles for the homicide. He also acted as a look out and get away driver during the homicide."

On Robinson's arrest report, crime is listed as gang-affiliated criminal activity. He is being held on no bond.

Mills is set to be sentenced Aug. 8. Harris has not had a sentencing date set and it is expected to be determined during a hearing Monday.
