LAKE CITY, Fla. -- A crash involving a Lake City Police Officer is under investigation.
It happened on North Marion Avenue just before noon.
Investigators say the officer was responding to a 911 call about a fight involving a gun.
They say the officer smashed into a red car on the way, injuring three people inside.
The officer and two people inside the other car were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
Investigators say the driver of the red car will be given a ticket for driving with a suspended license.
No word yet if the officer will be charged.
