BAKER COUNTY, Fla. — Wawa is continuing its expansion in Northeast Florida with a location planned for MacClenny off of State Road 228, according to a permit filed to the St. Johns River Water Management Tuesday.
The location is proposed near State Road 228 and E.M. Spence Road, according to plans submitted. The size of the location would be 5,537 square feet, consisting of about eight pumps and more than 30 parking spaces.
The Wawa would be on a parcel that's approximately 2.5 acres.
The applicant is Wagner Property Group LLC and the consultant on the project referred to as "Wawa Fuel Station 5475" is CPH LLC.
The plans are currently in review, according to the district.
