JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Developers have acquired a $1 million permit to build a steakhouse that will join V's Pizza and bar Sidecar Jax near the Town Center.
The steakhouse will be called 14 Prime, according to the Jax Daily Record.
The trio will be located on the groundfloor at the 2-story 7510 Gate Parkway, Building 3 of The Palms at Gate Parkway commercial property run by Ash Properties. Building 3 consists of 33,360 square feet, though the development will occupy almost three-quarters of the 17,100 square-foot first floor of Building 3.
The architect is Ponte Vedra Beach-based Connors Design Group LLC. The contractor is Bravo Zulu Group. Building 1 is roughly the same size as Building 3
The Gate Parkway location would be V's Pizza's 13th store and the first steakhouse from the company.
