What started out as a burgeoning food truck business in Los Angeles has grown leaps and bounds across the country and fortunately the First Coast is in the cross hairs. At the end of the month, Cousins Maine Lobster is planning to open in Neptune Beach.
The owners, Sabin Lomac and Jim Tselikis, launched their first food truck in 2012. They later appeared on ABC's Shark Tank where they partnered with shark, Barbara Corcoran. Since then, Cousins Maine Lobster has expanded into 16 major U.S. Cities with 28 food trucks, and four brick and mortar restaurants, according to their website.
The company has much accolades for food and business publications and TV shows around the country, such as The Food Network, The Chew, Good Morning America, CNBC, and the Cooking Network.
