JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A national upscale wine and restaurant chain is making its second foray into Jacksonville.
With a location on Big Island Drive in the St. Johns Town Center, Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant is targeting Mandarin Landing at 10601 San Jose Blvd., Unit 4 for its second Jacksonville location, acquiring a permit for $4.5 million.
The new location is one of six locations in the process of opening.
The new building will be 10,725 square feet and one story, according to the permit. It will be the third largest building on the property behind Whole Foods and Baptist Health.
The plaza is anchored by Whole Foods, and counts Enza's Italian Restaurant and Another Broken Egg Cafe its other food and beverage tenants. Mandarin Landing is owned by Regency Centers. the contractor listed on the permit is Ormond Beach-based ResCon Group.
The Mandarin location's hours are the following:
Monday-Thursday: 11 a.m.-9 p.m.
Friday-Saturday: 11 a.m.-10 p.m.
Sunday: 11 a.m.-9 p.m.
