BRUNSWICK, Ga. — An organization that helps homeless veterans in Georgia get back on their feet is asking for donations ahead of a motorcycle charity relief ride benefiting Bryan County Emergency Management.

Warriors 22 provides support for health, wellness and humanitarian needs for homeless veterans.

The relief ride will start Sunday at the old Harley-Davidson building behind Toucans Ale house on Perry Lane road in Brunswick, Georgia at 10 a.m.

The organization will be accepting on-site donations of items and money at that time.  Event organizers say they also need yard cleaning supplies such as work gloves, rakes, machetes, axes, buckets, tarps, and yard debris bags.

Riders will depart at 11:30 a.m. and head to Savannah Harley-Davidson to pick up donations. They will then take the donations to Bryan County EMA and the Lanier Primary School.

Online donations can be made to organizer, Cameron Arnold, via Venmo at Cameronarnold7550.
