One of the First Coast's favorite post-Thanksgiving holiday event returned Saturday in Downtown Jacksonville.
The annual Jacksonville Light and Boat Parade kicked off at 6:30 p.m. near 1001 Museum Circle and ended with a dazzling fireworks show over the St. Johns River.
Boats were covered in twinkling lights and featured Santa taking to the sea as well as a few minions from the "Despicable Me" franchise. There were also colorful displays of twinkling fish, palm trees and more.
