'Days of Our Lives' moves to 2 p.m. starting Thursday

WTLV NBC12 decided to move the time of "Days of Our Lives" to 2 p.m. to give viewers a better chance of seeing the entire program.

Daytime television viewers, take note: "Days of Our Lives" is moving to 2 p.m. on WTLV NBC12 starting Thursday.

We know you want the latest information on the coronavirus, but we know you want to see your favorite programs as well. With nearly daily press conferences occurring between 1 and 2 in the afternoon during the COVID-19 pandemic, First Coast News reached out to NBC for permission to make the programming move.

The change will allow viewers to have a better chance of seeing the entire program.

NBC agreed on the move while the crisis is ongoing. First Coast News will continue to inform you of any programming changes moving forward, including when "Days of Our Lives" returns to its normal time slot.
