Carlos Santana is coming to St. Augustine!

Music legend and Grammy winner Carlos Santana will be playing at the St. Augustine Amphitheatre next year, around four years after he played a sold-out show at the venue.

Santana is set to play on Saturday, April 20, 2019. The stop is part of his "Global Consciousness Tour," which will kick off on Wednesday, Nov. 7 in Las Vegas.

The last time Santana performed at the amphitheater was in April 2014.

Santana first became famous in the late 1960s to early 1970s with his band, Santana, which fused rock and Latin American jazz. He won 10 Grammy Awards and three Latin Grammy Awards.

He is best known for hits like "Jingo" (1969), "Everybody's Everything" (1971), "Evil Ways" (1969), "Black Magic Woman" (1970).
