Malcolm joined the First Coast News team in the spring of 2023 as a digital producer.
He is from Tampa, Florida and was raised in Lakeland, Florida where he graduated from Tenoroc High School in 2018. That fall, Malcolm moved to Tallahassee, Florida to attend Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, graduating with Magna Cum Laude honors and a bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism.
Malcolm’s most memorable experiences in journalism include producing an award-winning documentary, being an intern for the Tallahassee Democrat in 2022 and creating highlight videos for No Excuses Pro League, a professional Pro-Am basketball league based in Houston, Texas.
Malcolm is beyond excited to share meaningful, fun and intriguing stories to the Jacksonville area. His greatest satisfaction not only comes from leaving a lasting impact on the community through his writing, but to constantly build relationships that last a lifetime.
