Kristen has a background steeped in news. Before graduating from the University of Rhode Island in 1994 she held positions as a reporter for her hometown bi-weekly newspaper, The Standard Times, as well as associate-producer for WPRI/WNAC Eyewitness News Providence. Kristen was promoted from Senior Promotion Producer to Creative Services Director in 2011.
Kristen thrives on motivating, leading, teaching and inspiring creative teams. She notes her biggest joy is seeing good people go onto great things. Kristen served on the NBC Station Marketing Council for more than three terms, second longest only to NBC legend Marty Frey.
